Common Misconceptions

1.  The larger the company the more exposure you get to other realtors.

This is not true.  While some companies may have more individual agents than others, they are members of the multiple listing service and share the information with every other company.  Why?  Because this allows agents from all member real estate companies the opportunity to sell any listing contained within the Multi-List.  Any agent who is a member of the Multi-List wil be able to show your home to their buyers.  Agents review the Multi-List daily to find any new listings and present these to their buyers.  The important point is to have your home listed in the service where it is available to ALL agents.

2.  The Real Estate company that lists your house also sells it.

While this may occur at times, it is not true. The company that lists your home enters it into the multi list and makes it available for sale by thousands of Realtors who are looking for their prospective buyers.  That means more exposure for you.  But, We charge a fraction of the cost of other realtors to place it in the same multi list.  Compare our low fees to the 'traditional' real estate fees and you'll save a bundle.
