Buyer Full Commission Rebate

If you retain our services to help you purchase your next home, we will give you a rebate at closing, an amount equal to the commission that is paid to us by the Listing Real Estate Company. For a $300,000 home purchase, this could mean a rebate up to $10,000.

Here's how the program works.

--You retain us as your Buyer Agent.
--You pay a $450 fee to us that will be used toward the first 3 hours of services we provide to you. You can choose any of our services listed on our pricing page or things such as viewing homes on the market, Consulting services, etc.
--During the search process, we will charge a fee of $150/hr and $75/hr for travel time for all services performed beyond the initial 3 hours.
-- You pay us a $300 bonus when you purchase the home.


Here's an example.   You hire us to assist you with purchasing your next home that you purchase for $300,000 and the sellers’ commission is 3%. During the process, we screen potential homes according to your criteria, view various homes with you, provide some assistance with preparing the purchase agreement, offer some insight during negotiations, and provide monitoring services during the closing process. The total amount of time we spent beyond the initial 3 hours is 15 hours plus 3 hours travel time.

We will provide the rebate to you at the closing and you will be responsible for any taxes that may be due.


All fees are charged in 10th of an hour increments and billed weekly via credit card as services are rendered. You may cancel the contract at any time.
